In my past Human Resources roles, I provided human resources consultant services for global employees in all major HR disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, compensation/salary administration, benefits, leaves of absences, performance management, leadership development, mergers and acquisitions and policy interpretation. Major initiatives have included broker transitions, benefits consolidation and attestation/renewals, handbook and policy creation/interpretation, 401(k) audits/conversions, HRIS/ATS implementations, performance management process creation, job description library and career framework, establishment of a compensation philosophy and pay structures, recognition program revamps and employer branding/employee value proposition.
